We are currently looking for a motivated and analytical Component Planner to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and timely availability of components for our production and operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Issuing component orders to the appropriate suppliers.
  • Supervising the process of implementing new suppliers/components
  • Ensuring the proper level of purchased components and regular inventory control
  • Supervising logistical discrepancies and resolving them on an ongoing basis
  • Conducting a supplier evaluation report in accordance with existing instructions and procedures

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None
  • No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience on similar position
  • Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
  • Strong proficiency in English and Polish, with the ability to translate documents between both languages.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work extended hours during peak periods or new project launches.
  • Willingness to temporarily assume responsibilities of Production Planner as needed.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage supplier relationships and internal coordination.
