We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented DC Analyst to join our Distribution Center team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing warehouse processes, supporting operational efficiency, and implementing innovative solutions to improve material flow and reduce costs. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our logistics operations. 

You'll be working in fully on-site working model from our office located in Nowa Wieś Legnicka.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Regular analysis of processes and optimization of material storage in the Distribution Center 
  • Creating warehouse heat maps – analyzing goods movement and space utilization data to optimize warehouse layout and reduce picking time
  • Automating warehouse reports – using Power BI, Excel (Power Query, VBA) to generate reports on inventory levels, employee performance, and product turnover
  • Conducting warehouse process analysis – mapping material and goods flows, identifying bottlenecks, analyzing operational efficiency, and recommending improvements
  • Managing inventory discrepancies – developing procedures for handling shortages, surpluses, claims, and eliminating errors in records

  • No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis within a Distribution Center environment or related areas 
  • Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
  • Good command of English
  • Proficiency in database management tools – experience working with Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio and MS Access
  • Knowledge of Open Database Connectivity configuration – ability to configure ODBC connections in Windows/Linux and integrate with various databases (MS SQL, Oracle, MySQL) 
  • Preferred knowledge of project management
  • Preferred knowledge of SAP
  • Strong teamwork skills and excellent interpersonal abilities
  • ABC/XYZ analysis – ability to classify products based on turnover and value to optimize warehouse layout and operational efficiency
