Are you an experienced sales professional with strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry?
We’re currently looking for a results-driven District Sales Manager Automotive Replacement, Poland to join our team at Gates.
In this role, you’ll focus on developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving growth in the spare parts and service segment. If you combine commercial drive with technical understanding and enjoy working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment — this opportunity could be a great match.
In this position, you'll be working fully remotely and business trips will be up to 50% of your working time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Selling Gates' products accross Poland
- Researching customer needs and developing application of products and services in an effective manner to determine market strategies and goals for each product and service.
- Making every effort to resolve communication, trust and respect concerns and problems.
- Implementing strategies to accelerate growth of new and additional products and/or new markets.
- Monitoring competitive environment to identify opportunities and countermeasures to address competition.
- Performance and revenue results in a geographical area and additional accountability for strategic initiatives
- Managing the expenses & budget related to the assigned territory.
- Translating corporate goals on EMEA level into local strategies and specific market actions
Keys to Success
- Attends commercial and technical meetings, fairs and local trade shows as required
- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own areas and knowledge of other areas
- Reports on market developments adequately and adheres to standard Gates reporting practices

- No supervisory responsibility
Requirements and Preferred Skills
- 8-10 years of experience of proven experience in sales within the automotive industry.

Possesses strong linguistic skills in Polish and English; knowledge of any additional language is considered an asset.
