We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of the import process, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations, and maintaining smooth and timely delivery of goods. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate all imports for three plants in Legnica: Belts, Hose, Mixer
- Updates import handling to comply with applicable customs law
- Notifies and confirm imports/exports
- Prepares a complete set of customs clearance documents based on data obtained from the Purchasing and Customer Service Departments
- Prepares translations required for customs clearance
- Monitors and assesses the timeliness of imports/exports and reports
- Verifies and approves invoices for customs clearance
- Maintains good contacts and ensures proper information exchange with all cooperating units and departments within the company

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- 2-4 years of experience on a similar position
- Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
- Practical understanding of distribution and logistics processes
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Possess negotiation skills
- Works as a team member
