Are you passionate about logistics, organization, and efficient processes? We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to support our supply chain operations. You'll be working fully on-site from our office located in Nowa Wieś Legnicka. As a part of the Team, you’ll be cooperating with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners in order to ensure smooth and cost-effective supply chain operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manages purchase orders and oversees the full procurement process for materials, services, and spare parts.
  • Prepares purchase/sales agreements for domestic and international partners.
  • Monitors order fulfillment, liaises with suppliers to confirm availability and delivery terms, and negotiates in urgent cases.
  • Handles logistics complaints and resolves discrepancies.
  • Maintains optimal inventory levels and manages supplier records and certifications.
  • Reports material shortages or delivery issues and sources alternative suppliers when necessary.
  • Coordinates transportation and oversees related documentation.

  • Controls the process of onboarding new suppliers.

  • Requires expertise in a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
  • Requires breadth and/or depth of skills in a range of processes, procedures and systems
  • Requires in-depth knowledge of department processes and procedures

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • None
  • Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others but not a supervisor
  • Serves as lead for the team; allocates work and provides guidance to team members
  • Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
  • Gathers information to solve problems that are escalated from team members
  • Impacts own team and closely related teams; defines and recommend process improvements
  • Evaluates and communicates job specific information

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience logistics, or a similar field 
  • No degree requirements
  • Strong proficiency in English and Polish, with the ability to translate documents between both languages.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to work extended hours during peak periods or new project launches.
  • Willingness to temporarily assume responsibilities of Component Planner or Production Planner as needed.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage supplier relationships and internal coordination.
