Are you passionate about logistics, organization, and efficient processes? We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist to support our supply chain operations. You'll be working fully on-site from our office located in Nowa Wieś Legnicka. As a part of the Team, you’ll be cooperating with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners in order to ensure smooth and cost-effective supply chain operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manages purchase orders and oversees the full procurement process for materials, services, and spare parts.
- Prepares purchase/sales agreements for domestic and international partners.
- Monitors order fulfillment, liaises with suppliers to confirm availability and delivery terms, and negotiates in urgent cases.
- Handles logistics complaints and resolves discrepancies.
- Maintains optimal inventory levels and manages supplier records and certifications.
- Reports material shortages or delivery issues and sources alternative suppliers when necessary.
- Coordinates transportation and oversees related documentation.

- Requires expertise in a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience
- Requires breadth and/or depth of skills in a range of processes, procedures and systems
- Requires in-depth knowledge of department processes and procedures
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None
- Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others but not a supervisor
- Serves as lead for the team; allocates work and provides guidance to team members
- Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
- Gathers information to solve problems that are escalated from team members
- Impacts own team and closely related teams; defines and recommend process improvements
- Evaluates and communicates job specific information
Requirements and Preferred Skills
- 5-7 years of experience logistics, or a similar field
- No degree requirements
- Strong proficiency in English and Polish, with the ability to translate documents between both languages.
- Flexible and adaptable, able to work extended hours during peak periods or new project launches.
- Willingness to temporarily assume responsibilities of Component Planner or Production Planner as needed.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to manage supplier relationships and internal coordination.
