What to Expect?
Located in Legnica, we proudly operate the largest Gates facility in Europe and the second largest worldwide. Our site comprises three key operations: belt production, hose manufacturing, and a distribution center. Altogether, we employ over 1,200 people, making us one of the region’s most significant employers.
As part of our Distribution Center team, the Logistics Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring efficient and cost-effective inbound and outbound logistics operations. This role is responsible for leading shipping and receiving coordinators, managing transport performance, and ensuring smooth daily execution of goods flow.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate daily work of shipping and receiving coordinators within the QB Distribution Center

Supervise and optimize inbound and outbound shipment schedules to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

Monitor service levels, ensuring quality, volume, and timeline targets are consistently met

Collaborate with carriers to ensure efficient transport execution and continuously improve performance

Monitor and manage transport costs, identifying opportunities for optimization

Review and approve transport-related invoices

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports, analyses, and materials for periodic reviews

Identify and resolve day-to-day operational and transport-related issues

Define and improve product flow processes and ensure adherence to established procedures

Support recruitment and hiring activities to maintain appropriate team capacity

Requirements and Preferred Skills

2–4 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or distribution environment

University degree in Economics or a related field (Logistics or Finance preferred)

Strong knowledge of transportation processes and regulations (including customs)

Experience working with carriers and transport service providers

Proficiency in SAP FIORI, PRECISION, and MS OfficeFluent English (used in reporting and external communication)

Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment

High level of resilience and ability to prioritize under pressure
