Located in Legnica, we proudly operate the largest Gates facility in Europe and the second largest worldwide. Our site comprises three key operations: belt production, hose manufacturing, and a distribution center. Altogether, we employ over 1,150 people, making us one of the region’s most significant employers. As a Production Operator, you will help manufacture high-quality belts and hoses by operating machinery, performing routine checks, and supporting continuous improvement to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe production.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Execute the production plan according to defined specifications,

Comply with technological norms and standards during production processes,

Oversee the quality of materials and products to ensure high production standards,

Ensure safety and adherence to quality and production requirements in all tasks,

Operate machinery and equipment professionally, following work instructions,

Communicate clearly and effectively within the team,

Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving,

Demonstrate responsibility and attention to detail in daily work.
Requirements and Preferred Skills
- A positive attitude and strong motivation to work are essential in this role,
- Focus and attention to detail are important when operating production machinery,
- A willingness to continuously develop manual skills is highly valued,
- Previous experience working with equipment and machinery will be a significant advantage.
