Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Execution of production tasks according to the schedule
- Adherence to technological standards and quality procedures
- Quality control of materials and finished products
- Professional operation of production machines and equipment
- Ensuring work safety and adherence to occupational health and safety rules
- Maintaining production records as required
- Collaborating with other departments to achieve production goals
- Effective communication and teamwork
- Proactive approach to problem solving and reporting improvements
- Maintaining order and high standards at the workplace
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | Monday - Friday)
- 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Monday - Friday)
- 3rd Shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Monday - Friday)

Requirements and Preferred Skills
-
Ability to stay focused while operating production machinery, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail

Willingness to continuously develop technical and manual skills
-
Experience in working with equipment and machinery will be a strong advantage

Knowledge of Polish language, enabling smooth communication within the team, will be an asset
-
Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance - shifts can vary from 8 to 12 hours, as business demands
- Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written/verbal instruction, write legibly, and keep accurate records
- Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the Poland
