Located in Legnica, we proudly operate the largest Gates facility in Europe and the second largest worldwide. Our site comprises three key operations: belt production, hose manufacturing, and a distribution center. Altogether, we employ over 1,150 people, making us one of the region’s most significant employers. As part of our production team, production operators support manufacturing processes by operating machines and monitoring their performance, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Thanks to their engagement, our operations run smoothly and efficiently.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Execution of production tasks according to the schedule
  • Adherence to technological standards and quality procedures
  • Quality control of materials and finished products
  • Professional operation of production machines and equipment
  • Ensuring work safety and adherence to occupational health and safety rules
  • Maintaining production records as required
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve production goals
  • Effective communication and teamwork
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and reporting improvements
  • Maintaining order and high standards at the workplace

Available Shifts: 

  • 1st Shift  (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM | Monday - Friday)
  • 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:00 PM | Monday - Friday)
  • 3rd Shift  (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Monday - Friday)

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Ability to stay focused while operating production machinery, maintaining high accuracy and attention to detail

  • Willingness to continuously develop technical and manual skills

  • Experience in working with equipment and machinery will be a strong advantage

  • Knowledge of Polish language, enabling smooth communication within the team, will be an asset

  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week, plus overtime, with reliable and consistent attendance - shifts can vary from 8 to 12 hours, as business demands

  • Must have good communication skills, with the ability to carry out written/verbal instruction, write legibly, and keep accurate records
  • Basic reading, math, computer, and measurement skills required
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the Poland
