Production Supervisor

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet quality and efficiency targets.

• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve high performance.

• Monitor compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

• Ensure proper use of machinery, tools, and materials.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.

• Collaborate with other departments (maintenance, quality, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.

• Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Production Supervisor is supervising all operators including shift leaders
• Likely to act as an informal resource for associates with less experience
• Provides informal guidance and support to team members

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in managing position
• Technical knowledge of production processes and equipment.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Technical knowledge of production processes and equipment.

• Good problem - solving and decision - making abilities.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Flexibility to work in a three - shift system.
