What to expect
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive recruiter to join our EMEA Talent Acquisition team in our Legnica plant, which is the largest Gates facility in Europe. Responsible for managing professional hiring within our plant operations, this role covers recruitment across Operations, Engineering, and General & Administrative Support functions, ensuring we attract and hire top talent aligned with our business needs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for professional roles in the plant, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide market insights, and guide them through the hiring process.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical roles, leveraging both proactive sourcing and strategic partnerships.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance our employer brand locally, including career events, social media campaigns, and employee testimonials.
- Support the development and delivery of training sessions to upskill hiring managers on recruitment best practices and tools.
- Act as a reliable team player within the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, providing coverage and support during colleague absences or peak periods.
- Participate to ad-hoc projects as required.

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, ideally within an industrial environment or a recruiting agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders with professionalism and agility.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
- Fluency in Polish and English; additional languages are a plus.
