What to expect?

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Senior Production Planner to join our manufacturing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing production schedules, coordinating cross-functional activities, and ensuring efficient resource utilization to meet customer demands and business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Generates material requirements based on production plans and transfers them to the Material Planner.

  • Monitors the execution of the production plan.

  • Controls and analyzes planning performance indicators.

  • Analyzes finished goods requirements received from the S&OP process.

  • Establishes a list of priorities based on due dates and the S&OP Priority List, incorporating them into the weekly production plan while considering production capacity.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Supervises the team of planners during the absence of the Planning Department Manager.

  • Adapts working hours when necessary, particularly during periods of increased workload related to new project implementation.

  • Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements
  • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 5-7 years of experience in Manufacuring Company
  • Has a good command of spoken and written English.
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage tasks independently, set priorities effectively, and prepare timely reports.

  • Possesses a practical understanding of production processes.

  • Maintains a strong focus on both external and internal customers.

  • Efficiently operates within the company's current software environment and integrated management system.

  • Functions effectively as a team member.
