What to Expect
Located in Legnica, we proudly operate the largest Gates facility in Europe and the second largest worldwide. Our site comprises three key operations: belt production, hose manufacturing, and a distribution center. Altogether, we employ over 1200 people, making us one of the region's most significant employers.
As a Laboratory Technician, you will perform laboratory testing and measurements of belts, materials, and samples in accordance with established procedures. You will help ensure the quality and reliability of our products by conducting tests, documenting results, maintaining laboratory equipment, and supporting quality and continuous improvement activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Perform laboratory testing and measurements of belts, materials, and samples according to established procedures and instructions.

Prepare and operate laboratory equipment required for testing activities.

Record, verify, and report test results accurately and in a timely manner.

Conduct inspections and measurements to support quality requirements.

Prepare reports, work instructions, and other required documentation.

Identify and report quality issues and deviations from established standards.

Maintain laboratory equipment, machines, tools, and measuring instruments, reporting malfunctions when necessary.

Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.

Support compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety, and energy management systems.

Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient laboratory environment.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

2–4 years of experience in a laboratory, manufacturing, quality, or technical environment.

Technical secondary education, vocational training, or equivalent technical experience.

Experience using laboratory testing and measuring equipment.

Ability to follow testing procedures, work instructions, and documentation requirements.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills and experience working with reports and records.

Knowledge of quality standards and management systems is an advantage.

Fluency in Polish.

Basic English skills for understanding documentation and communicating within an international organization.
