What to expect

As a Customer Service Coordinator (German & Italian Speaking), you will play a key role in supporting our sales operations by handling customer communication, processing orders, and coordinating with internal departments. You'll ensure smooth service and excellent support for our customers in German- and Italian-speaking markets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints professionally and efficiently
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and other channels in German and Italian
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, finance) for seamless order fulfillment
  • Maintain accurate ERP records and customer master data
  • Monitor sales orders, track deliveries, and manage returns
  • Prepare reports and provide insights to the sales team
  • Support administrative tasks such as document handling and internal reporting

Keys to Success

  • Fluency in German and Italian (written and spoken)
  • Clear and professional communication skills
  • Detail-oriented approach to documentation and data accuracy
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Familiarity with MS Office and ERP systems
  • Collaborative mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • No supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Fluency in German and Italian is required; English is a plus
  • Experience with ERP systems and MS Office applications
  • Commercial training (e.g., Office Clerk, Industrial Clerk) or similar background
  • Strong service orientation and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • No travel required
