Ihre Aufgaben
Allgemein:
- Verantwortliches Abarbeiten von Produktionsaufträgen
- Kontinuierliche Überprüfung der Qualität vor, während und nach der Bearbeitung
- Kennzeichnung und Handling der Produkte gemäß Vorgabe
- Einhalten der Qualitätsvorgaben und -richtlinien
- Einhalten der Sicherheitsvorschriften (Arbeitskleidung, Sicherheitsschuhe etc..)
Aufgaben Extrusionsanlage:
- An- und Abfahren der Extrusionsanlage und deren Einzelkomponenten
- Überwachung der laufenden Produktion gemäß Spezifikation
- Dokumentation aller spezifischen Qualitätsdokumente
- Bestückung des Spulengatters sowie vorbereitende Tätigkeiten während der Produktionslaufzeit
Zusätzliche Tätigkeiten:
- Zahnriemen entsprechend Produktionsauftrag bearbeiten (fräsen, stanzen, etc.)
Was Sie mitbringen
- Vorzugsweise eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in einem metall- oder kunststoffverarbeitenden Beruf
- Technisches Verständnis
- Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein
- Kenntnisse im Umgang und in der Handhabung von Messmitteln
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigjkeit, Freude an Teamarbeit
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
