Operating Engineer - DTM

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Accountability #1: Customer (Internal / External Stakeholders)

• Manufacturing of Hose Assembly in-line with the specification received.
• Preparing the report of material consumption & informing it to the Gates H.O. team.
• Keeping a track of child part availability at hose bank, ensuring JIT delivery of material to customer.

Accountability #2: Process / Performance

• Propose and implement improvements to enhance safety and efficiency in manufacturing processes.
• Preparing monthly stock report, & monitoring the inventory level at Hose Bank
• Follow-up for the approval of invoices submitted, ensuring timely payment realization

Accountability #3: People

• Proposing suitable product to customer, after visiting & understanding their actual requirement.
• Ensuring timely preparation & submission of consumption/service documents & invoices to customer.

Regular repair/maintenance/overhauling of machinery deployed at hose bank

Supervisory Responsibilities

The incumbent reports to Business development manager & operate in individual contributor capacity.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• Diploma in Mechanical 
• Experience - 2 years and more in handling Customer.
