Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- On Site Support at the Atlas Ramos assembly plant to act as liaison between our production team and John Deere.
- The estimated time frame in which we would need the support is for between 3 to 6 months
- This resource would be a FTE during this period working a 8 hour shift M-F
- The responsibilities would include
- Being the primary point of contact for John Deere’s IJD division including supporting during onsite visits.
- Attend to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via email, or other channels.
- Order management
- Expedite material when necessary
- Escalate complex issues to higher levels when necessary
- Follow up on pending issues until resolution.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Preferred Skills
- Bachelors Degree International Business, Administration or related.
- 0-1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced customer service environment
- Verbal and written communication skills.
- Empathy and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
- Results-oriented and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Advanced English Full Proficiency - Writing, Reading, Speaking.
