Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • On Site Support at the Atlas Ramos assembly plant to act as liaison between our production team and John Deere.
  • The estimated time frame in which we would need the support is for between 3 to 6 months
  • This resource would be a FTE during this period working a 8 hour shift M-F
  • The responsibilities would include
    • Being the primary point of contact for John Deere’s IJD division including supporting during onsite visits.
    • Attend to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, and complaints via email, or other channels.
    • Order management
    • Expedite material when necessary
    • Escalate complex issues to higher levels when necessary
    • Follow up on pending issues until resolution.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

 

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Bachelors Degree International Business, Administration or related.
  • 0-1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced customer service environment
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Empathy and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Results-oriented and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge
  • Advanced English Full Proficiency - Writing, Reading, Speaking.
