Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • OVERVIEW:

    We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to be the backbone of our automotive business across ASEAN. In this critical role, you will serve as the key link between the local sales team, regional product management, and our customers. You will help keep our aftermarket product portfolio competitive by identifying market needs and working closely on pricing and product launches. At the same time, you will support daily sales operations by preparing quotations, managing pricing data, and resolving escalations related to orders, shipments, and claims.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Product Competitiveness (35 %) – Gather market / competitor intelligence, highlight product gaps, and work with the regional Product Management team to localize or launch new SKUs to keep our portfolio competitive.
    • Quotation & Pricing Management (25 %) – Own the master price-list in SAP; generate customer quotations within SLA; ensure price accuracy and margin compliance.
    • Customer Interface & Escalations (15 %) – Act as first line of response for warranty claims, shipment delays, and payment issues; coordinate root-cause resolution with Customer Service, Logistics and Finance.
    • Sales Support & Order Governance (15 %) – Convert approved quotes to orders, track OTIF (On-Time In-Full) and back-orders, and monitor stock ageing to support sales targets.
    • Reporting & Continuous Improvement (10 %) – Produce monthly dashboards on sales, margin, claims; lead improvement projects to shorten quote cycle time and reduce warranty cost.
    • Connecting with the PLM team in terms of automotive products (requiring reading of tech specs, supporting design discussions).

We're looking for someone who will demonstrate:

    • Demonstrate strong analytical ability to balance price competitiveness with margin protection.
    • Communicate clearly with regional Product, Sales, CS and external customers.
    • Resolve escalations within agreed SLAs and drive preventive actions.
    • Maintain 100 % accuracy in pricing data and reporting

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business.
  • 3–6 years in automotive aftermarket, industrial parts or related B2B environment (sales support, pricing, or product role).
  • Proficient in SAP/Oracle ERP, advanced Excel/Power BI; CRM experience preferred.
  • Fluent Thai and business-level English.
  • Strengths in data analysis, customer focus, and cross-functional collaboration.
