QA Technician

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

OVERVIEW:

Quality Assurance Technician Leader is to ensure the laboratory tests, which identified in the sampling plan, are conducted and handle the gauge calibration.

THE ROLE S/he is responsible for mainly product testing, but is not limited to only product, s/he can test raw material as required.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: 

The Quality Assurance Technician’s specific responsibilities will fall into 5 primary areas:

Accountability #1: Financial Performance

• Control the expense by using all consumable expense as necessary, not over use.

Accountability #2: Fix the core

• Compliance and implementation with applicable company HSE policy, law & regulations, ISO14001 and ISO45001 management system.
• Compliance with company IATF16949 and ISO9001 requirements to follow company procedure, working instruction and other registered documents in management systems.
• Compliance with HR policy, government regulation, employee handbook etc.

Accountability #3: Accelerate Growth

• Support all testing / measuring / checking according to APQP program or other new product/process development

Accountability #4: Operational Excellence

• Prepare samples for testing belt for static laboratory and dynamic laboratory.
• In conjunction with QA technician leader, prepare Work Instruction for both of static laboratory and dynamic laboratory.
• Daily and weekly maintenance of test equipment and sample preparation equipment.
• Other tasks or duties as direct supervisor assigned.

Accountability #5: Build the team

• Ensure that the QA team works in line with the company direction and policy.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Hold a high vocational diploma / bachelor degree in management or related field and relevant professional qualification.
• Experience in quality and/or manufacturing process environment at least 2 years.
• Having knowledge of PC packages and information systems (Windows/Databases).
