Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Champion CRM adoption by partnering with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to streamline processes, drive data accuracy, and promote CRM as a key enabler of sales effectiveness and growth opportunities.
  • Support new hire setup and onboarding, as well as Customer Setup and account maintenance in Oracle ERP and Oracle Sales Cloud (CRM).
  • Serve as liaison between Marketing and Sales to ensure effective lead management in CRM, aligning campaigns with sales objectives, safeguarding data accuracy, and providing insights on lead quality, conversion, and funnel efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by documenting current processes and implementing business process enhancements, including automation opportunities and Power BI reporting improvements.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks and business analysis to support different business teams and provide support to the monthly, quarterly and annual Sales Incentive Plan tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and deliver recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly), ensuring data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders, while implementing automation to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with business unit leaders to support annual growth initiatives and special Commercial projects.

Keys to Success

Knowledge of the following uses :

  • CRM systems: Experience with Oracle Sales Cloud, Salesforce, or equivalent (minimum 2 years).
  • ERP systems: Familiarity with Oracle ERP or similar platforms.
  • Business Intelligence tools: Experience with Power BI or Tableau is a plus (2–3 years).
  • Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Excel and other Office applications required.
  • Data tools: Basic knowledge of SQL or data preparation tools (e.g., Tableau Prep, Python) is an advantage but not mandatory.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Operations, Business Analytics, or Commercial Excellence, preferably within a multinational or data-driven environment.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics or related field that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Finance teams to support CRM adoption, process improvement, and performance reporting is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in English (read, write, speak).
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to propose and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to interact with senior leadership and business unit leaders with professionalism, discretion, and confidence, ensuring clear communication and reliable support in decision-making processes.
  • Ability to manage recurring reporting cycles (daily, weekly, monthly) and deliver actionable insights.
