Essential Duties and Responsibilities

ERP Master Data & Governance

  • Lead the team responsible for maintaining ERP item master data in Oracle, including planning parameters, sourcing information, and inventory attributes.
  • Establish and enforce data governance standards, validation controls, and audit processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
  • Collaborate with Planning, Operations, and IT teams to resolve data issues and improve data management workflows.

Supply Chain Reporting & Analytics

  • Develop, maintain, and improve supply chain reports and dashboards to support performance monitoring and business decisionmaking.
  • Analyze data and translate business requirements into meaningful reports and actionable insights.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and data quality reviews.

Supply Chain Systems Support

  • Support ERP functionality, system enhancements, testing activities, and ongoing process improvements.
  • Troubleshoot system and data issues, partnering with IT and business stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Assist in the development of tools and solutions that enhance planning, reporting, and overall system efficiency.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Production Planning, and Deployment teams to support data and system requirements.
  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives, user adoption efforts, and reporting enhancements.
  • Support system implementations, change management activities, and risk assessments related to supply chain data and processes.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 8 to 10 years of supply chain experience, with exposure to planning, inventory management, or supply chain systems.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and managing master data and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain planning processes (demand, supply, and inventory planning).
  • Experience with data governance, reporting, and system support.
  • Professional proficiency in English.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to work across functions and organizational levels.
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to operate both as a hands-on contributor and as a team leader in a fast-paced environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • 3+ direct reports
  • Manages a generally homogeneous team; adapts plans and sets priorities to meet service and/or operational challenges
  • Has performance management and people development responsibility for managers or associates
  • Provides subject matter guidance to associates, colleagues and/or customers
