Essential Duties and Responsibilities

This role is responsible for leading strategic planning, business performance management, and business transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment and execution of regional priorities in a complex, matrixed environment.
1. Strategy Development & Planning
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the President of APAC, facilitating and coordinating the annual strategic planning process across the region.
- Partner closely with regional and functional leaders to align strategic objectives, initiatives, and KPIs, ensuring cohesion and focus on high-impact priorities.
- Conduct market and scenario analysis, evaluating industry trends, competitive dynamics, customer insights, and regulatory changes to inform executive decision-making and resource allocation.
- Consolidate and synthesize market intelligence and benchmarking across countries to provide a robust strategic foundation for leadership discussions.
2. Performance Management & Insights
- Design and maintain executive-level performance dashboards and reporting frameworks, delivering clear and actionable insights to support strategic steering of the APAC business.
- Track, measure, and analyze CRM opportunities, regional performance, and progress toward strategic and financial targets, providing regular updates to the President and leadership team.
- Identify performance gaps, risks, and growth opportunities, and proactively recommend actions or initiatives to mitigate risks or accelerate progress.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to assess and optimize pricing strategies, ensuring competitiveness and profitable growth.
3. Leadership Support & Execution (Chief of Staff Role)
- Act as Chief of Staff to the President of APAC, managing key priorities, executive communications, and the orchestration of strategic initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and liaison, ensuring effective coordination and alignment among regional, functional, and global teams.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, briefing materials, and reports for town halls, business reviews, Board meetings, and external stakeholders.
- Lead or participate in special projects and cross-functional task forces, often acting as the President’s delegate to drive execution and follow-through.
- Facilitate seamless information flow, stakeholder engagement, and decision-making between the President, leadership team, and functional areas, ensuring clarity and focus on top priorities.

Requirements and Preferred Skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master’s degree strongly preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in business planning, strategy, financial analysis, or management consulting, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or BP&A / Chief of Staff capacity
- Proven experience working in complex, matrixed, multinational organizations
- Strong financial acumen and advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in financial modeling, data visualization, and performance reporting tools
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex information for diverse audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, drive cross-functional projects, and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in leading business transformation or change management initiatives is highly desirable
- Familiarity with the APAC region’s markets and business environment is a plus
- Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management

About the Position
The position is based out of Singapore, and will be teamed withup to 3 local staff.
Not people manager, but second seniority in the team and deputy to the team leader.
