Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for HKMC Customer complain treatment Inline.

  •   Prepare / Supervise / Submit & Present quality report (as 8D report) for customer
  •   Quick response for Urgent quality issue on customer's site
  •   Responsible for Field Claim issue.
  •   Analysis Field claim & issued part, analysis Quality index.
  •   Responsible for Q-VOC, SCAS, Etc
  •   Direct response to AS site when urgent field claim issue
  •   Handle Customer process audit and follow up corrective and preventive actions.
  •  Lead the internal process audit and follow up corrective and preventive actions.
  •  Involve in new project, product development and 4M change, handle GPMS, PPAP.
  •  Prepare, Supervise   customer's ISIR documents and submit ISIR to customer (also online VAATZ system)
  •  Mediate requirements between production plant and customer / each plant
  •  Responsible for the process control, and Involve in continuous improvement of product quality
  •  Review feasibility report of new product and mass production
  •  Make plan & Review PV test report & Annual inspection report
  • Supplier quality audit and quality control, improvement.
  • Implement Gates internal audit and Make the improved action for new program and 4M changes
  • Production capability analysis and drive the improvement.
  • Develops broad knowledge and skills in a specific practice area.
  • Works on small projects or portions of larger projects
  • Performs moderate design tasks.
  • Prepares portions of project documents.
  • Edits specifications.
  • Performs research and investigations
  • Assists in determining schedule and budget requirements.
  • Evaluates, selects, and applies standard techniques, procedures, and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks for conventional projects with few complex features.
  • Possesses effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Assists with client, customer, or official contacts and communication pertaining to specific assignments or meetings.
  • Collaboratively uses judgment to determine adaptations in methods for nonroutine aspects of assignments.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • Assigns tasks to and coordinates work with entry-level engineers, technicians, or administrative staff.
  • Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
  • Bachelor's degree in related technical discipline
  • Fluent in English (Both writing & speaking)
  • Understanding about automotive process & automotive industry 
  • Understanding of QA, testing & measuring processes, procedures and tools
  • Understanding of SPC, PPAP, MSA, FMEA, GPMS & Mini Tab knowledge
  • Understanding of Quality system (as IATF 16949)
  • Understanding of VAATZ system (HKMC online system as GQMS)
  • 7 years relevant project management and functional experience
