FP&A Analyst

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Accountability #: Process / Performance

• Analyze and report planning/forecast/actual financial data
• Collect and verify planning/forecast/actual financial, economic and other data 
• Provide financial and economic data to support operational decision of management
• Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to reporting and metrics in a timely manner
• Collect, compile, verify, and analyze financial information so that senior management has accurate and timely information for making strategic and operational decisions.
• Evaluate industry, economic, financial to forecast the organization's short, medium and long-term financial. Data analyzed may include revenues, expenses, costs, cash flow, profits, etc.
• Prepare accurate monthly financial reports and submit the final results to the appropriate reporting system in time.
• This is typically career level

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree and more than seven years of experience in finance or accounting or a related area
• General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
• Experience developing financial reports and metrics
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
• Fluent English
• Excel application capability, OA certification
