Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Accountability #1: Customer (Internal / External Stakeholders)

  • Leadership & Stakeholder Management:
  • Provide high-level financial and economic data to senior management, ensuring it supports both operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a finance partner to senior leaders, offering insights that drive organizational efficiency and growth.

 

Accountability #2: Process / Performance

1.Strategic Financial Analysis & Reporting:

  • Lead the collection, compilation, verification, and analysis of financial information, ensuring senior management has accurate and actionable data for strategic decision-making.
  • Analyze industry, economic, and financial trends to forecast the organization’s short, medium, and long-term financial outcomes.
  • Prepare and present in-depth monthly financial reports with strategic insights, highlighting key financial performance metrics and trends for senior management.

 

2.Financial Planning & Forecasting:

  • Take the lead in evaluating the organization’s financial performance, focusing on revenue, expenses, costs, cash flow, and profits, providing high-level insights to forecast future financial outcomes.
  • Provide advanced FP&A support, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning, while collaborating with other senior leaders for cross-functional input and alignment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • The incumbent reports to Finance controller.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

This person must have at least 7 years hands on experience in finance.

  •  Bachelor’s degree and more than seven years of experience in finance or accounting or a related area

REQUIRED SKILLS:  

  • General knowledge of accounting/financial/operational principles
  • Experience developing financial reports and metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English
  • Excel application capability, Getting OA certification is better.
