WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Siloam Springs, AR plant, you will be a Human Resource Analyst.

 

As an HR Analyst you will support a wide range of Human Resources functions. This role will be responsible for administering policies and procedures, supporting recruitment efforts, managing employee relations, and assisting with training, compliance, and performance management initiatives.

Key responsibilities (to name a few):

  • Primarily supports HR functions for night shift.
  • Under the guidance of the HR Manager, conducts objective investigations to resolve employee concerns.
  • Provides daily performance management support to facility leadership, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary action.
  • Assists in managing the leave of absence process, including explaining policies, responding to employee inquiries, and participating in interactive discussions.
  • Coordinates and leads the Employee Engagement Committee to promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Conducts screenings, interviews, and processes candidates for hire.
  • Leads new employee orientations, with support from the Recruiting Center of Excellence.
  • If applicable, manages day-to-day employment policies in both union and non-union environments, addressing labor complaints and coordinating grievance procedures.

ABOUT YOU

  • Flexible hours are required:
    • Including a minimum of three days per week working partial 3rd shift hours (10:00 PM – 6:00 AM), with the ability to work extended or modified hours as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing day-to-day activities in a non-union environment.
  • Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and employment laws.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
