Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The role will act as a crucial bridge between the recruitment team and business leaders, leveraging deep data analysis, insights, and reporting to optimize hiring processes, enhance recruitment quality and efficiency, and directly influence talent strategy decisions. The ideal candidate is a data-driven problem solver passionate about talent metrics, with experience working in cross-cultural environments.

  • Full life cycle recruitment responsibilities, including but not limited to below:
    • Verify effective recruiting channels (both internal and external).
    • Partner with hiring manager to identify position requirements and key competencies needed.
    • Job posting, candidate sourcing, pre-screen telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, reference checks and all other duties as it relates to the needs of the Recruiting Department.
    • Co-operate with corporate HR on other relevant administration where applicable.
    • Build up Talent Pool.
    • Candidate pipeline development and proactive network generation.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:​ analyze end-to-end recruitment data (e.g., sourcing channel effectiveness, time-to-fill, candidate funnel conversion, quality of hire, post-hire performance) to produce regular (weekly/monthly/quarterly) and ad-hoc management reports.
  • Insights & Strategic Support:​ Extract key insights from data to identify bottlenecks, opportunities, and trends in recruitment processes. Proactively provide actionable recommendations to Talent Acquisition partners and HR leadership to support workforce planning, employer branding strategies, and recruitment budgeting.
  • Project Collaboration:​ Work closely with regional recruitment teams, HRBPs, and business units to support key hiring initiatives (e.g., campus recruitment, diversity hiring programs), measuring project effectiveness through data analysis.
  • Market Intelligence:​ Research talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscapes in East Asiao provide external data input for recruitment strategy formulation.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition. Experience supporting APAC in a multinational corporation is preferred.
  • Skills Required:​
  • Recruitment Knowledge:​ Solid understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and key TA metrics. Experience with mainstream ATS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Greenhouse) is preferred.
  • Communication:​ Ability to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights and presentations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Language:​ Fluency in English and Mandarin.
  • Soft Skills:​ Strong business acumen, cross-cultural collaboration skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail.
