Essential Duties and Responsibilities
#1: Customer (End Users)
- Oversee and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost control and financial performance.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to balance supply and demand, reducing excess inventory and stockouts.
- Develop and manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, carriers, and suppliers.
- Handle customer service issues related to shipping, delivery, and returns.
#2: Process / Performance
- Implement and maintain supply chain best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage and oversee procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and inventory management teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
#3: People

- Maintain current knowledge of products, manufacturing processes and market dynamics.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of materials and products.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of supply chain professionals, including procurement, logistics, and inventory staff. Provide clear direction and support to ensure team alignment with organizational goals.

- Requires in-depth conceptual and practical knowledge in own areas and knowledge of other areas
Supervisory Responsibilities
- 3+ direct reports
- Manages a generally homogeneous team; adapts plans and sets priorities to meet service and/or operational challenges
- Has performance management and people development responsibility for managers or associates
- Provides subject matter guidance to associates, colleagues and/or customers
Requirements and Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP) preferred.
- Proven experience in supply chain management with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Possess good knowledge in SCM and D&L experiences.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis.
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills to deliver high quality executive-ready presentations.
