Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Understand the market, grasp customer needs, integrate customer resources, establish sales channels, and independently complete product promotion and sales work.
  2. Responsible for new customer development, customer information collection and market potential information, responsible for performance growth.
  3. Resolutely completing the sales target, strictly implement the company's rules and regulations, conscientiously perform the duties.
  4. Communicate with customers, timely grasp the needs of customers, and understand the status of customers.
  5. Making Action plans, to effectively find sales leads and potential customers.
  6. Launch and coordinate the development of action plans and programs to penetrate new markets.
  7. Report market information, forecast and monthly key activities/projects.
  8. Establish strong contacts within the designated market segments, including customers, suppliers, partners and key distributors.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of the marketing plan as needed.
  10. Track customer payments in a timely manner.
  11. Other assigned tasks or responsibilities.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  1. 3 years and above sales experience
  2. Bachelor’s degree or Above, Preferring Engineering Background
  3. Have 1-2 years of business development experience and successful cases first.
  4. Thorough understanding of internal and external environment that will have impact on company sales target (including company operation feature, market trend, competitors, Chinese government planning) and good ability to anticipate technological and market trend
  5. Deep and unique understanding of assigned sales division, for example, customer business model, customer characteristics, industry cycle and etc. Prefer to have profound social networking or sound relationships with potential customers
  6. Recognize the needs for field travel and prompt response to customers and marketing.
  7. Good written and oral English skills
