Lab Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs equipment PM and ensure all equipments are qualified and calibrated for use;

           维护和校准实验室仪器；

• Ensure all quality inspection requirements being covered;

          满足所有的检测需求；

• New material development inspection involved;

          开发新材料检测；

• Preparing the testing report and release the inspection result to warehouse and sales on time;

          准备实验报告及时将实验结果报送至仓库和销售；

• Inform related members about the inspection result is out of spec or near to the limitation of the spec timely;

          及时将检验超出标准或接近公差极限的信息通知相关人员；

• Problem tracking and data collection for process scrap rate improvement;

          过程废品率改善的问题跟踪和数据收集；

• Tracking and collection data of raw material issues;

          原料问题的跟踪和数据收集；

• Implementation audit and supervision of key process quality control points;

          过程质量控制点的执行审核和监督；

• Handing suspicious belts following standards ;

          待判皮带处理；

• Use proper protection measures and equipment according to GUPT HSE policy, reminding and correcting other employees’ unsafe and improper behavior;

          按照GUPT HSE 方针，采用合适的方法和设备，提醒和纠正其他雇员的不安全和不正确行为；

• Implement applicable HES laws, regulations and HES work instructions;

          贯彻执行各项适用的环境健康安全法律法规;

•  Other tasks or duties assigned.

          上级分配的其他任务或者职责。

Required Skills:

• Understand the chemical and rubber quality control;
• Data analysis skill and equipment operation skill;
• Internal and external inspection standard understanding;
• Knowledge in QC chart;
• Basic computers and Microsoft application;
• Positive enterprising, hard work.

Specific training requirements

• QC tools understanding and implementation.
• Lab management system.
• Materials and rubber knowledge.
