Purchasing Specialist

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Builds knowledge of the company, processes and customers
• Solves a range of straightforward problems
• Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures
• Receives a moderate level of guidance and direction
• Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
• Solves standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents
• Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
• Explains information to others in straightforward situations
• Be responsible for SZ MRO and SZ Facility.
• Purchases process according to full approved PR, IPP meeting the requirement accordingly.
• Tracking all Pos, contracts and prepare all related documents in time.
• Maintains the system data in correct and prompt.
• Quotation review and cost control.
• Collect the related data and potential supplier information.
• Continually improvement for Job quality and GUPS, Fit office as per the company requirement.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations laws and meet EHS requirements.
• Responsible for legal compliance to suppliers and ensure supply chain and operation.
• Other tasks or duties as assigned. 

Keys to Success

• Requires expanded knowledge and experience in own area; incumbents are still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
• Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own area of expertise while developing additional skill sets

Supervisory Responsibilities

• None
• No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• 2-4 years of experience
• Typically requires a college or university degree or the equivalent work experience that provides exposure to fundamental theories, principles and concepts
• Bachelor or above.
• 2 years purchase working experience and related category experience is preferred.
• Good English both on read and write. Good computer skills and SAP system.
• Good working attitude in initiative, strong sense of responsibility and good profession ethic.
