Quality Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Warranty information verification and communication;  
• Arrange to return failed belts from customer site;
• Measure the diameter of returned belts and judge failure cause roughly;
• Prepare the report of returned belt to claim warranty cost with QA & Sales team;
• Support QA engineer to do containment action when customer quality incidents occurs; 
• Participate in the root cause analysis and corrective action for customer quality incidents;
• Monitor the corrective action’s implementation. Track the open issues and verify the effectiveness of actions. And report the result to quality supervisor;
• Implement applicable HSE laws, regulations and HSE work instruction;
• Other tasks or duties as assigned.

• Has basic skills in an analytical or technical process

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• At least 1~3 years related experience.

  Good skills in communication and teamwork；
• Positive enterprising, hard working；
• High quality awareness and good knowledge of products and diameter measurement process;
• Basic knowledge in ISO/TS16949;
• QC tools understanding and implementation;
• Proficient in computer software, MS Word, MS excel, MS outlook, MS PPT.
