Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop personal action plans to efficiently source sales leads and potential clients.
  • Proactively initiate and coordinate the formulation of action plans and strategies for penetrating new markets.
  • Build solid connections with clients, suppliers, partners and key distributors within assigned market segments.
  • Retain existing clients, acquire new customers, and achieve sales targets set by management.
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing plans as required.
  • Provide timely performance feedback to the management team.
  • Deliver timely, accurate and competitive pricing for all prospective client applications pending quotation and approval, while striving to maximize profit margins.
  • Maintain precise records of all pricing documents, sales data and activity reports.
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations and responses to requests for proposals (RFPs).
  • Manage sales expenses in compliance with budget guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics for sales calls, appointments, product demonstrations, proposal submissions and deal closures.
  • Assume full accountability, ownership and follow-up for all sales activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate good teamwork and communication skills when interacting with all company staff.
  • Attend designated corporate training sessions and conduct staff training as required.
  • Participate in improvement initiatives and global positioning programs.
  • Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree, majored in Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience.
  • Hard-working and able to travel frequently for business.
  • Strong capabilities in data analysis, negotiation and problem-solving.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and proficient knowledge of fluid connectors.
  • Candidates with 1-2 years of business development experience and proven successful track records are preferred.
  • Possess strong team spirit.
