Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for selling Gates' products in a geographical area. Research customer needs and develop application of products and services in an effective manner to determine market strategies and goals for each product and service. Take responsibility for and making every effort to resolve communication, trust and respect concerns and problems. Implement strategies to accelerate growth of new and additional products and/or new markets. Monitor competitive environment to identify opportunities and countermeasures to address competition. Has primary accountability for the performance and revenue results in a geographical area and additional accountability for strategic initiatives; manages established accounts in a specified geographic area.

  • Organize and participate the sales activities through periodical customer visit, such as district distributor seminar ,trade show ,regional sales promotion etc.Provide product and technologic training to responsible distributor; give the suggestion on sales and managements skills so as to help them achieve the sales target.Provide smart sales budget for assigned accounts base on regional sales trend analysis and make sure the budget can be accomplished.Monitor and manage distributor sales activities, prevent any violation from outbreak. Collect marketing information including customer demand and competitors activities, contribute to appropriate actions, through reaction are taken to meet overall objectives.A/R balance and inventory maintenance are their routine.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Excellent business logical sense with detailed knowledge of products and markets;
  • Recognize the needs for field travel and prompt response to customers and marketing;
  • Superior communication skills and application aptitudes;
  • Capable of planning, prioritizing, organizing and presenting to customers;
  • Skills in use of computer as an analytic tool desirable;
  •  Promote and participate in a team concept of business activity;
  • Self-motivation, Optimistic, Adaptable and Industrious.
