Trainer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collects data and gathers information or documents.
• Performs standard computations or analysis.
• Performs basic survey work.
• Applies prescribed techniques and procedures in accordance with established criteria to perform assigned tasks.
• Possesses basic oral and written communication skills.
• Interacts with other staff
• Has limited impact on own work team; works within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines
• Performs routine technical work which does not require previous experience
• Learning the work function of all Gates product lines
• Create product training courses for internal employees/distributors/garage technicians 
• Operate trainings independently for audience
• Basic analysis on warranty parts through working with technical team
• Communicate with suppliers if parts failure
• Manage basic database for warranty system
• Other tasks or duties as assigned.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

• 2-3 year(s) of experience
• Bachelor’s degree with focus on auto or mechanical background
• Fluent in speaking and writing Mandarin
• Auto background is preferred
