Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Applies broad knowledge of principles and practices in a specific practice area.
- Works on multiple projects of moderate size or portions of major projects.
- Prepares complete project documents.
- Designs and conducts experiments, and analyzes and interprets data.
- Independently evaluates, selects, and adapts standard techniques, procedures, and criteria.
- Formulates and solves problems.
- Impacts a range of customer, operational, project or service activities within own team and other related teams; works within broad guidelines and policies
- Explains complex, difficult and/or sensitive information; works to build consensus
- Provides Personal Mobility technical advice, service and support to sales representatives, resellers and customers for the proper selection of power transmission products, Check supplier report and feedback, verify actual vs. supplier’s corrective actions
- Supporting Personal Mobility product design, validation, commercialization, and troubleshooting; provides technical training to Gates team members and customers to expand best practice engineering for Taiwan markets
- Supporting international colleagues, and Mobility OE customers that have product management, production, and sales across the globe.
- Capable of trouble shooting applications with customers, on site as needed
- Other tasks or duties as assigned.

- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate the company in the market
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None superbisory responsibilities
- Acts as a resource for other team members; may lead projects with limited risks and resource requirements
Requirements and Preferred Skills
- 5-7 years of experience
- University or above
- Major in Mechanical or Chemical or Polymer material.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with basic competence in CAD such as Solid Works.
- Good English communication skill
- Attention to detail, particularly in the preparation of presentations, technical literature and design manual
- Strong team spirit,responsibility coordination ability
