Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Act as a trusted advisor to regional leadership teams, aligning talent strategies with business goals and regional priorities.
• Drive the deployment of global talent development programs, tailoring them to the regional context to maximize engagement and impact. Proactively recommend additional region-specific tools and initiatives.
• Lead regional succession planning efforts, identifying and developing high-potential talent and ensuring robust leadership pipelines.
• Champion the performance management process, providing guidance and support to ensure consistency, fairness, and effectiveness.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to assess organizational capabilities, identify gaps, and implement solutions to enhance team performance and agility.
• Support change initiatives by providing expertise in communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
• Leverage talent analytics to inform decisions, track progress, and measure the effectiveness of talent initiatives.
• Work closely with global and regional HR colleagues to ensure alignment and integration of talent practices across the organization.

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR business partnering.
- Experience working with multi-country responsibilities and able to operate in a matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of talent development frameworks, leadership assessment tools, and performance management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS and talent management systems; experience with data analytics tools is a plus.
- Certification in coaching, change management, or leadership development (e.g., ICF, Prosci, Korn Ferry, Hogan) is a plus
- Demonstrated success in driving talent initiatives across diverse cultural and business environments.
- Fluent in English
