What to Expect
Join our GBSE team in Wrocław as an Accounts Payable Intern, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in financial operations and develop your skills in a dynamic, international environment. This role offers a great opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to efficient invoice processing and vendor management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the Finance Team in receiving, reviewing, and verifying documents for completeness
- Assist with accounts payable (AP) tasks including invoice verification and processing
- Participate in supplier account reviews, vendor payment checks, and month-end account reconciliations
- Process documents using financial systems and tools
- Ensure data accuracy and cleanliness across financial records
- Support reporting activities related to processed documents
- Assist with ad hoc finance-related requests and tasks

Requirements and Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in Finance or a related field
- Strong communication skills, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn
- Good organizational and time‑management skills
- Fluent English required (B2)
- Additional European language is a plus
