As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will play a key role in managing customer accounts, processing payments, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Understand end-to-end OTC (Order to Cash) process
Post daily bank statements, both automatically and manually
Reconcile bank accounts, including clearing and customer accounts
Post documents in receivables using the correct posting type
Resolve discrepancies in cash allocation
Prepare monthly reporting (BSR Category 1)
Create, receive, and assign disputes and deductions
Serve as a secondary backup for the Cash Collection Team

Requirements and Preferred Skills

2–4 years of professional experience, preferably: 2 years in finance with a non-accounting degree (at least a Bachelor’s), or 1 year in finance with an accounting degree

Experience with audits (internal and external)

English proficiency at B2 level or higher (French is a plus)

Basic knowledge of accounting systems and software

Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, customers, and other departments

Capable of completing own tasks independently
