Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain price information for various international regions across all Gates products, including PT & FP products and Gates Tube Fittings for both IR and IFF markets.
  • Propose, maintain, update, and follow up on regional DAP agreements.
  • Keep gross, SQ, and net prices and discounts updated for assigned regions (data entry supported by the Admin Team).
  • Ensure all order discounts and promotional campaigns are accurately processed in BPCS.
  • Monitor pricing decisions by evaluating performance against budgets, profit margins, and reference prices.
  • Document extraordinary price actions to quantify their impact on margins.
  • Support the annual Price Increase process, including updating pricelists, discount and SQ sheets, analyzing data, and managing exceptions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and Pricing Manager to drive and support contract negotiations with Gates customers.
  • Ensure rebate accruals are accounted for, contracts comply with audit requirements, and payments are tracked and followed up.
  • Actively participate in process improvement projects within the department (e.g., CPQ, SAP EO).

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience
  • Bachelor degree in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or Finance or 2 years experience in pricing or a related experience.
  • Fluent in English. Good knowledge of a second or third language is an asset.
  • High level computer skills, confident to work with analytica tools like Power BI
  • High level excel skills
  • Outstanding analytical mind and full understanding of profitability
  • Must have a thorough understanding of Gates products and distribution channels in the European automotive aftermarket.
  • Well organized, innovative person with above average communication skills.
