What to expect

You will support the Production Planning Manager by providing clear order status updates, coordinating with customer service, and helping resolve urgent order issues through effective action planning. In this role, you will monitor key planning indicators while ensuring smooth information flow across Production, Customer Service, Material Planning, the Warehouse, and the S&OP team.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Establishing a list of priorities based on the due date & Priority List from S&OP and included that in weekly production plan considering production capacity
  • Generating production orders, assigning them to individual days of the week and transferring them to the production side
  • Generating material requirements based on production plans and transferring them to the Material Planner
  • Controlling the implementation of the production plan
  • Control and analysis of planning indicators

  • None
  • There may be a need for more flexible working hours, especially in the case of an increased number of requests due to the implementation of new projects.

Requirements and Preferred Skills

  • 2–4 years of professional experience, ideally within a production environment.
  • Must have an organizational sense and the ability to organize one's own work and prioritize tasks so as to skillfully and properly plan work and prepare timely reports.
  • Must have a practical understanding of production processes
  • Focus on external and internal customers
  • Ability to work with the company's current computer software and integrated management system.
  • Must work as a team member.
  • A good command of spoken and written English is required
