Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Response for Hiring activity of plant blue collars employee / technician;
• Leading New Employee on board process and employee exit process;
• Being administrator of Attendance system, responsible for Monthly calculation of Employee attendance /Leave management;
• Response for maintaining employee's basic data and labor relationships;
• Response for maintaining plant equipment and special operator qualifications and annul health check ;
• Responsible for monthly financial Forecast and Flex and annual budget;
• Responsible for monthly personal income tax declaration and CPF payment;
• Responsible for monthly payroll and Manufacturing Incentive Plan data collection and calculation;
• Organize all kinds of communication meetings and culture activities;
• Dept. other stationery purchase / other logistics tasks;
• Other assigned tasks.

- Requires expanded knowledge and experience in own area; incumbents are still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills
- Requires expanded conceptual knowledge in own area of expertise while developing additional skill sets
Supervisory Responsibilities
- None
- No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates
Requirements and Preferred Skills
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor degree or above
• over 5 year experience in HR position in manufacturing enterprise
Required Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal communication skill and good logical thinking ability.
• Excellent organizing and coordination skill.
• Proficient use of MS-Office, especially in PPT and EXCL.
• Good command of English for oral and written communication.
• Have a sense of strict confidentiality.
